# Chrome Extension

The GeoInfer Chrome extension lets you right-click any image on the web and instantly get a location prediction without leaving your browser.

## Installation

1. Install from the [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/geoinfer-%E2%80%94-ai-image-geolo/djeojhkihpgolgmipjcpmmjnojodhdih)

2. Click the GeoInfer icon in your browser toolbar and enter your API key (`geo_...`) — get one at [app.geoinfer.com/en/api](https://app.geoinfer.com/en/api)

## Usage

**From context menu:**

1. Right-click any image on a webpage
2. Select **GeoInfer → Predict location**
3. A popup appears with the top predicted location and coordinates

**From the toolbar popup:**

1. Click the GeoInfer icon
2. Paste an image URL or drag-and-drop an image
3. Click **Predict**

## What you see

The popup shows:

- Top predicted location (city, region, country)
- Coordinates (latitude, longitude)
- Radius in km (confidence spread)
- Processing time

## Requirements

- Google Chrome 88+
- A GeoInfer API key — [app.geoinfer.com/en/api](https://app.geoinfer.com/en/api)
